This is a light to medium pressure massage meant for relaxation. It's great if this is your first massage or if you just want to unwind.

Neuromuscular, or NMT, massage is a medical treatment based massage. It's a massage tailored specifically to your needs using trigger point therapy, light stretching and consistancy to help treat chronic pain. 

This is a very gentle massage that helps move excess fluid into areas with functioning lymph nodes. Ideal for Lymphedema, post surgical fluid and more. Your lymphatic system is in charge of filtering out waste and bacteria and is a critical part of your immune system. 

Cupping is a traditional healing technique that uses suction cups to aid in myofascial release as well as decompression. It helps to increase blood flow, improve immune function and decompress muscles. It's great on it's own or as an add-on. 

Choose from a selection of high-quality essential oils to add to your service. Each scent enhances the benefits of the massage in different ways. 

Hot towels are a great addition to any service. The heat and steam from the towel help to release muscles and relieve tension. 

This is the perfect addition if you have an area that needs a little extra focus during your session or if you just want to try out cupping without committing to a full-body cupping massage.
